Steps, exchange and/or return

If you want to exchange or return an item? Then we ask you to follow the following steps so that we can handle your return as correctly as possible.

1. Please inform our customer service that you wish to return one or more items
2. You will receive an email confirmation of your request
3. Please send us a completed withdrawal form

4. After receipt of your goods, will send a confirmation of receipt by e-mail
5. Depending on your preference, we will exchange the items (if in stock) or refund the purchase price within 5 working days.

AV Exchanges & Returns

    The product must not have been used or damaged; and show no signs of use, the product must not have been used or damaged
  • The packaging must be in new condition so that we can resell the item
  • You return the article at your own expense, unstamped shipments will not be accepted
  • The cost of returning the product is at your own expense unless the product is defective or damaged through no fault of your own
  • The amount will be refunded within 5 working days to a bank account specified by you.

The costs of returning are at your own expense. Only if a product is defective or damaged through no fault of your own can decide to reimburse the costs incurred by you for the return shipment. If after contacting our Customer Service it appears that you can return the package, postage it sufficiently.

We are not liable for the loss of shipments or damage during return transport. Therefore, always ensure proper packaging,
* Unstamped and cash on delivery returns will be refused.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do now?

If you can already see a damage on the outside of the package, do not accept the product and ask the delivery person to report it immediately.

If you have already accepted the package and find out later that the packaging is damaged, check whether there is any damage to one of the products. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible after you have noticed contact. We will let you know as soon as possible if we can replace the product or if it needs to be solved in another way.

If you wish to return the product, you can download here a withdrawal form. This return form can be included with the return, so that we know that the item originates from you and have all relevant information about the return.

After opening the packaging I discovered a damage to my products! If you have discovered damage to one or more of the products, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will then let you know as soon as possible if we can replace the product or if it can be solved in another way.
