The careful shipping of our high quality aluminium foil involves a lot of work and have to do with postal packages with different sizes and high weights. Transporters charge high (extra) costs for this, which we have little or no influence on. To keep our selling prices competitive we are forced to charge you a part of these costs € to pass on shipping costs per order, for orders from € 100, - including VAT (within the Netherlands & Belgium) these costs expire and shipping is completely free for you as a customer.
What we do have influence on are our selling prices! We only sell the best European high quality aluminum foil, directly from the factory without the intervention of third parties and can thus use the most competitive online sales prices, a little order quickly turns your order many times cheaper!
Shipping costs Netherlands and Belgium: € 4,95 incl. VAT
We deliver as many orders as possible via the PostNL parcel service, but if your order is too large or perhaps too heavy, we will ship it by pallet. Generally we deliver within 1 working day after payment is received. Orders of which it is possible to send them as parcel post via PostNL, placed and paid before 16:00 hours will be shipped the same day if the articles are in stock.
When the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with track and trace code. We can unfortunately not guarantee an exact date on which the package will be delivered.
When will my order be delivered?
It may happen that the item you ordered is no longer in stock. In that case it can sometimes take several days longer before the order can be delivered to you. We will let you know by e-mail and ask you if you agree to this or if you want to cancel items that are not in stock.
Delivery to a different address
Can I have my order delivered to a different delivery address? Yes, that's possible. When you order, you can indicate that you want the order to be delivered to a different address. This can also be your private or work address, if it is better for you.
What happens if I am not present?
If the messenger fails to deliver the package to you, it will be handed over to one of the neighbours. If that is not possible, it will be offered again the next day. If it is not possible to deliver the order to you or your neighbours, the parcel will automatically be stored for three weeks at the nearest post office or service point. Of course you will receive a notification, so you can pick up the parcel at the time that suits you best.
It is possible to pick up your order? Yes that is possible by appointment, our warehouse in Nieuwland is open every working day from 08.00 to 17.00. Let us know in advance when you want to come and we will make sure that your order is ready.
Can I also order from another EU country? Yes, that's possible we also ship to Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
